Acoustic Image

 The ensemble Acoustic Image is made up of five talented musicians who perform tunes ranging from country, bluegrass, pop and jazz. Multi-instrumentalist Bill Gurley along with singer-songwriter Mary Lou Osterhous lead Acoustic Image. They perform Richmond-based players Trey Pollard on guitar and pedal steel and Wells Hanley playing piano and drums, and Jimmy Masters on acoustic bass. This band creates its own special brand of acoustic music, infused by the influences of country, contemporary singer-songwriter acoustic music, bluegrass, as well as jazz. With the varied backgrounds of the players involved it creates a wonderful amalgam of sounds and textures. Tickets are $10 in advance
